Yup, we've reached week 10 of "DIY Saturday"!
No need to mention that it's Sunday-I'm allowed a little artistic license, aren't I?!
As I mentioned last week, I've decided to cut this down to a monthly round-up as I seem to be running out of time every time Saturday comes around and I'd prefer to find good-quality projects to share with you all, rather than a rushed mish-mash!
To mark the occasion, I've done a Top Ten Round-up, picking my favourite ten projects from the past "DIY saturday" posts. So I hope you enjoy re-visiting some of the best DIY ideas :-)
I loved this jazzy staircase the first timie around and still do! Such a great decorating idea for those of you with patience and a steady hand.
For a book-lover like me, this was always appealing. I still think it's a beautiful idea.
I couldn't do a top-ten without featuring one of the upcycled suitcase projects. This was by far my favourite, mainly because I love how unisex it is-the men can't complain about having this in their bathrooms! Unless they have an aversion to suitcases...
STILL find these adorable! They'd look great hanging over a kitchen island.
A great way to jazz up your kitchen. Bright, bold splashbacks are a trend at the moment, and this one would be totally unique!
So sweet :-) For a classy tea party or a vintage dinner party, these cute wine glasses will fit in anywhere.
This is certainly a different way of displaying plants! A good example of the indoors outdoors.
These trickling watering cans and buckets would make a beautiful water feature in any garden. How relaxing to have the sound of the water in the background.
A useful idea that isn't an eyesore! Brilliant for keeping dirt off the floor.
I HAD to feature these! They are one of the best DIY light-fittings I've seen and another unisex decorating technique.
Well there we are! In my opinion, the top ten projects featured so far.
This time next month, I will be posting Part 11 so you've certainly got something to look forward to! I will also be doing a Christmas special-look out for that!
Have you been DIY-ing recently?
