It was SUPER hot today (finally! after two months of waiting for summer to properly begin!) so my mum and I spent the day on the beach. It was lovely.
I especially loved the beach huts! So cute :-)
It was such a hazy day that the sky and sea were the exact same colour and you couldn't see the horizon.
Everything blurred into one, shimmering mess.
You could make a lovely pennant with beach huts on,so typically English!!! Go to www.quilts4london.org.uk for info on making an A3 size pennant to be given to ancompetitor of the London 2012 Olympic games.
